I have for many years been interested to work with senior business leaders to help them achieve their full potential and to instill ethical business behaviours within their organisations.
After starting life as a medical student and later working in Naval Intelligence by early career was focused on business turnaround in the advertising sector.
My name will be more immediately recognised, however, within the world of executive search. I was founder Chairman of Saxton Bampfylde Hever and co-Chairman of the Amrop Hever group of search organisations in over 50 countries. I have been involved in the most senior appointments in most areas of the private sector, as well as in universities, medicine and central government.
Within The Results Partnership I am actively involved in resolving the challenges that its clients present and particularly appreciate the businesslike and pragmatic approach of my colleagues.
When not preoccupied, I am busy developing an English garden in Normandy.
