Each of our team has held substantial leadership positions before moving to advisory work. Thus, we deal less in theories than in the hard practical realities borne of the wisdom of long experience. Our expertise and experience extends both across the ‘hard’ aspects of business and ‘softer’ people or cultural issues. We operate both in the UK and internationally.

However, in our work with leaders we do not generally need large teams: our assignments are by their nature very personal and most often conducted by just one or more of our principals.
Our team is needs-focused: we spend time listening and then producing solutions that are never ‘off the shelf’ but focused entirely on each client’s specific requirements. We help clients to achieve performance breakthroughs.
