Current reality check

Our current reality checks (sometimes called 'corporate health checks') are 'diagnoses' of the important issues, opportunities and barriers to greater success within the organisation. By addressing both 'hard' business issues and 'softer' people issues they offer a robust and comprehensive analysis of what's working well, what's not working so well and what's getting in the way.

They are also 'prescriptive', setting out in a practical way the actions that we believe will underpin performance transformation. These actions are wide-ranging, covering for example clarity of vision and strategy, organisation and resourcing, executive governance and decision-making, performance management, team working and organisational culture.

Current reality checks are self-contained assignments which can be completed rapidly. They are designed primarily to offer valuable organisational insights for the CEO and to support the leadership of his or her management team, but are also of value to the Board.

The result of each current reality check is a set of actionable outcomes which provide the CEO with a template for performance transformation. Implementation is then the key.
